How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by manufacturer. Shipping times have been getting better over the years. We try to find your products with fewer shipping days as possible. We will provide as much information in the description area as we can about the shipping times per each product. These are our estimates*:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If the item is not as described, defective, or damaged.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Sale items unfotunately cannot be refunded.
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of 4supercars.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Well made, very roomy carrier that doesn't weigh a lot
It's hard to find a carrier sturdy enough for his weight that also conforms to airline standards, this duffel does. From stitching to materials used, top notch. Sturdy, thoughtful layout, comfortable to wear. I am in the process of training my cat to keep it "cool" in this duffel, and it's working. I follow directions from manufacturers, and the kitty is acclimating. :)
Sturdy. Well made. Have a dog who fits in perfectly. On the airplane, it is a bit of a squeeze to slide partway under the seat in front. Love the handles. Padding on bottom is very thin, if pet does any prolonged sitting need to add extra because there are metal bars than run under that would be uncomfortable for the dog to lay on for long.
I've got two little 5 pound Yorkies who fit perfectly in this carrier and they love it. They can go with us everywhere now. The top flap folds up so they can see us. There are several ways to carry it but my husband likes it as a crossbody so they are at his side. We took them to a farmers market last weekend and liked that they get lots of air flow-through and can look out. We have another bigger dog that I carry separately in a sling but he can fit in this carrier by himself, too. I recommend this product. Works great for us.
Nice sturdy

I am an elderly woman who transported my dog on a 5 1/2 hour flight after going through quaranteen proceedures to be moved to Hawaii. I had not seen my 15 lb dog for 3 months and he is terrified of being in enclosed areas. I only had 1 day to introduce the medium size pet duffel to him and pray he would stay in it without tearing it to pieces. I was able to get him in within about an hour using treats and then zipped him in petting him until He fell asleep in it. The next day was the flight and he even allowed me to carry him in a front backpack position and was completely fine with it. I was extremely pleased with the duffel, plenty of room, sturdy with out being heavy, fit almost completely under the plane seat and my dog was comfortable and at ease during the flight.
This pet duffel is nothing short of AMAZING!!! I purchased it for airline travel and it is SO, SO perfect. It's incredibly convenient - and comfortable. Our dog, who is very nervous, feels super secure and safe in the bag and actually prefers to stay in it during the flight rather than come out and sit on my lap. I have traveled successfully!
Great quality!
I use this for car travel and find it works well so far, it is sturdy and its easy to buckle the seat belt around it. Good size for our dog (chihuahua/terrier mix,). The room was a little less than expected.
